No. Votel has a built-in CRM, so you do not need a third-party database or other tools. You can have as many custom fields as you want and save everything there.

Every time someone fills out a form it creates a contact, and all form submissions are logged in the system. The Contacts page is your table view into your data: you can customize the columns, your custom fields show there, and you can sort and filter on any field to analyze the data.
