Should I email a lead their audit or plan, or call them right away?

Votel recommends calling right away instead of only emailing a plan or audit. Emails get missed often, and even a high open rate can be around ten percent.

When a lead fills out your form asking for a plan or audit, call them, tell them you are working on their plan, and ask if you can text them at that number. Do the audit work, then call or text with the good news, for example that you found at least five things you can do right away, and book an appointment to go over the results instead of just sending them.

Better still, do the quick checks live on the phone (for example no website chat widget, a dated website, few Google reviews) and try to close up front. A two part sale, where you call back later, loses people at every step.

Loom videos help increase show rates and help people understand what they are signing up for. You can also put a booking widget on your page instead of a form, so people book directly and you skip a step.
